1. Legal Compliance
All firearms and ammunition sales comply with the Gun Control Act of 1968, ATF regulations, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. The customer is responsible for providing a valid FFL for transfer.
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with state and local laws regarding firearms and ammunition.
Any unlawful attempt to purchase will be reported to the proper authorities.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Purchases must be at least 18 years old to buy rifles, shotguns, or ammunition for those firearms.
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old to buy handguns, handgun ammunition, or receivers/frames.
By placing an order, the customer certifies that they:
Are not prohibited by feral, state, or local law from possessing firearms or ammunition.
Have not been convicted of a felony or domestic violence offense.
Are not under indictment, restraining order, or otherwise restricted from firearm ownership.
Are not an unlawful user of controlled substances
3. Firearm Purchases & Transfers
Firearms cannot be shipped directly to a customer’s residence. They must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer, where the customer will complete all required background checks before transfer.
The customer is responsible for all FFL transfer fees charge by their dealer.
Order may be canceled or refused if required documentation (such as an FFL License copy) is not provided.
4. Ammunition Purchase
Ammunition will only be sold and shipped where legal. Certain states and jurisdictions restrict online ammunition purchases:
California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington D.C., and others.
Customers are responsible for knowing and following their local ammunition laws.
Ammunition cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Firearms ship only to FFL holders; ammunition ships directly to customers where permitted by law.
An adult 21 years of older must be present to sign ammunition delieveres.
Orders that violate local, state, or federal law will be cancelled.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Firearms: All firearm sales are final. Once transferred to a customer by an FFL, firearms cannot be returned.
Ammunition: Due to safety and regulatory concerns, ammunition is non-returnable.
Canceled orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
7. Safety & Responsibility
All firearms and ammunition should be handled responsibly and store securely.
The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of firearms and ammunition purchased.
Hittfactor Firearms is not liable for any misuse, negligence, or unlawful use of products sold.
8. Acknowledgment
By purchasing from this website, the customer certifies that they:

Are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms and/or ammunition.
Accept all responsibility for compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
